For the last 40 years, he has been doing extensive research in the areas of Mudra (Physiotherapy), Mantra (Sound Therapy), Tantra (Technology), Yantra (Method of curing using objects), Medical Astrology, Medical Vastu, Scientific analysis of Vishnusahasranama & Karma Siddhanta and has presented many discourses. Ailments that have not been cured by modern medicine has been cured by Sri Guruji's grace without the use of drugs/medicines.

To have a platform to do service to the society Guruji Sri Lakshmi Srinivas started Sri Shirdi Sai Biksha Kendra ® (SSBK) which is a non-profit, spiritual, and social service center and is open to every person belonging to all castes, creed, or community. SSBK has its presence in all major districts across Karnataka. SSBK has been conducting many social and spiritual activities for the betterment of mankind for more than 17 years.
In order to serve a large number of people across geographical areas construction work is currently in progress of an Old Age Home, Orphanage, Spiritual Training & Research Center, Meditation & Therapy center, and a GoShaala (for Service to cows) at Datta Dham in Karnataka
An ancient type of Vedic Gurukula is in the planning stage at Siddapura in Karwar District in which Vedas, Jyotishya, Vasthu and other occult sciences will be taught to students.
